Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged products only. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for non-defective products. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges: For defective or damaged items, contact us and once your return is accepted, we will process an exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

European Union 14-day cooling off period: If shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds: You'll be notified once your return is inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mamajoh40@gmail.com.
